No. They are two distinct services. With Hennessy Lincoln Pickup and Delivery, we collect your vehicle, service it at our dealership, and return it to you clean. With Hennessy Lincoln Mobile Service, our technician comes directly to your location and completes the work right there. Depending on your needs, one or both may be available to you.
Is there a fee for Hennessy Lincoln Mobile Service?
There is no fee for eligible clients. Complimentary mobile service is available for 2017 model year and newer Lincoln vehicles within the 4-year/50,000-mile New Vehicle Limited Warranty. Out-of-warranty visits may be available at a fee. Contact us to confirm your eligibility.
What area does Hennessy Lincoln Mobile Service cover?
We travel to locations within 10 miles of our dealership at 5675 Peachtree Industrial Blvd, Atlanta, GA 30341. This includes much of Atlanta, Dunwoody, Chamblee, and surrounding communities. Clients in Alpharetta, Cumming, and Buford should contact us directly to discuss availability.
Are your mobile technicians Lincoln-certified?
Yes. Every technician who comes to your location is factory-trained and Lincoln-certified. They use the same professional equipment and genuine OEM parts you would expect from a visit to our service center. The quality of the work never changes. Only the location does.
What are your Hennessy Lincoln Mobile Service hours?
Mobile service is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. We are not available on weekends. We recommend scheduling in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
Can I use Lincoln service offers and rebates with Mobile Service?
Yes. Eligible Lincoln service offers and rebates apply to mobile service visits except where expressly excluded. Contact our service team when scheduling and we'll confirm which offers apply to your visit.
